Pancake Casserole

 

1 cup maple or other flavored syrup

3 cups all-purpose flour

3 eggs

3 cups milk

¼ cup lemon juice

½ cup sugar

1 Tbsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

½ cup oil

¼ tsp salt

 

Layer the batter in the refrigerator and mix just before pouring into the pan. 

 

Boil the syrup into the microwave and pour the pancake batter into the pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
